EVERYWHERE ELSE: 2.99

Please allow 2-5 working days for your parcel to be delivered within the UK.
Please allow 4-11 working days for your parcel to be delivered elsewhere in the world. Please be aware that during the holiday seasons (christmas etc) postage may be a bit slower.



RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We hope your loving your new item/s, but if for some reason there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us within 9 days of receiving your item at basementboutique@hotmail.co.uk with your full name, paypal email address,and description of the problem. Please let us know whether you would like to return or exchange, and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

NOTE: For hygeine reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless broken. Sorry for any inconvenience.

When we have contacted you about the problem we will then need you to send the item back to us before we can re-credit your account or send out your replacement item. you will recieve details of where to send it when we contact you. It is advised you send it back in its original packaging to avoid brakages / further problems.

If you're sending an item back to us for a refund or exchange you will need to pay the additional postage charges. We cannot be held responsible if a parcel gets lost in the post so we recommend you send parcels by recorded delivery to insure they reach us quickly and safely. When we receive your item/s, we will then refund the amount to your account minus shipping costs, this will be the same account or card that you made the purchase with. Please allow 5-10 days for the money to be re-credited.

If you would simply like to exchange your purchase (unless it is earrings) for something of the SAME price, then please include this information in your email and we willsend this out to you once we have recieved your item back.
